George E. Boychuk, of Counsel

George Boychuk regularly advises clients on corporate matters. Areas of practice include securities law and regulations, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance, private placements, venture capital, employment matters, and joint ventures.

Mr. Boychuk received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, with Order of the Coif honors. He received his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Princeton University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Mr. Boychuk published “Anticipated Impact of Proposed Sarbanes-Oxley Audit Committee Rules,” Securities Regulatory Update, vol. 6, issue 4, 2003. He also has taught sessions on the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley on non-U.S. issuers as well as Sarbanes-Oxley developments. He is fluent in Ukranian.
